At Hands of Craft, each product is carefully handcrafted and securely packaged for safe delivery. Due to the fragile nature of our items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns and process refunds only in the case of damage or breakage during transit.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must clearly show:

The unopened shipping package

The shipping label

The full unboxing process without cuts or edits

The damaged item and packaging condition

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.
2. Reporting Timeline
If the item arrives damaged or broken:

You must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

The appeal must include:

The unboxing video

Clear photographs of the damaged item

Order number

Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect expectations regarding size, texture, or finish

Minor variations due to handmade nature

Delays caused by courier services

Customs duties or import charges (for international orders)
Each item is handmade, and slight variations are part of its artisanal character.
4. Refund Processing
If your claim is approved:

A replacement may be offered (subject to availability), or

A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
