At Hands of Craft, every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Unlike machine-made items, each piece requires time, care, and human craftsmanship.

Because of this, shipping and delivery timelines are dynamic and may vary depending on production requirements.


1. Processing Time

All products are handmade to order or finished in small artisan batches.

Processing time may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Current order volume

  • Artisan production schedule

  • Custom or made-to-order requirements

Estimated processing time typically ranges between 5 to 15 business days, but in certain cases may take longer due to the handmade nature of the product.

We prioritize craftsmanship over speed.


2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on destination and courier service.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, or unforeseen delays.


3. Dynamic Timeline Notice

Because our products are not mass-produced, shipping timelines are not fixed. Production and dispatch schedules may change depending on artisan workflow and material availability.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines may extend beyond standard e-commerce expectations.

We believe in preserving traditional craftsmanship rather than accelerating production at the cost of quality.


4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.


6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Customs authorities

  • Natural disruptions

  • Public holidays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, handmade production may occasionally require additional time.
